Responsibilities
- Maintaining appropriate levels of stock in storerooms, working closely with the Lodge Manager to ensure purchase orders are submítted in a timely manner
- Periodic auditing specified lodge inventories against actual inventories to ensure housekeepers are maintaining levels
- Awareness and implementation of procedures for fire and risk assessments
- Listing, organising and carrying out deep cleaning and maintenance in the quieter periods
- Monitoring maintenance work including minor items such as blocked gutters
